Title. The gun looks normal when equipped but when you inspect it the model is broken.

been searching around for a fix to this but I guess I'm gonna just report that it's still happening an entire year later. Also finding it happens to any stowed weapons as well, as I can see my sparkfire shotgun switch to potato quality on my backpack whenever I pull out my melee weapon

it's your pc, not the game. Those are streamed in, something is stalling out or taking a long time. eventually they will stream in

well, it just started showing the full detail models after this restart, like an entire week after I noticed it happening. I'm inclined to believe it only did so because I disabled nanite entirely with a mod and then re-enabled it
also, why would it be having trouble streaming the gun on my backpack but not the exact same model in my hands
