Both the witch and pig are present but nothing changes the ritual continues indefinitely, so the aberration does not spawn. If I approach they aggro normally. I could be missing something about the interaction, but from what I understand you just have to wait ~20 seconds.

Both are still in my game, I just die to reset the world state. It seems to still be bugged.
