The Havoc skill is still often doesn't damage the mobs in the dlc areas. Sometimes you have to go them behind to start to dmg, sometimes you have to circle around with the mobs and maybe you start dmg or not. Anybody else experienced this?

I’ve seen this. Seems to be worse in coop possibly. Also, I don’t remember damaging teammates with it before the DLC, and I’ve killed a few since then.
