I made a post yesterday and didn't get a response so I was hoping making a new one going into more details would help me get one this time. I uninstalled the game when I finished it a few months back and so did my girlfriend. When we found out the dlc was out we both had gotten it again, but unlike her I didn't have the dlc because all of my character's save info was gone. I don't know if it's a bug or what, but it's upsetting I'll need to legit restart everything including getting my rings back, archetypes, guns and more because of this.

Profile is where your character is and sav file is where you world progress is stored

no there is, i just followed the instruction and none of my old profiles or world progress came back

Since you're on epic, it should be stored in the same folder as steam but in an epic folder

Try renaming profile bak1 into the save and save0.bak1 into save0.sav
