So I just had 7 active concoctions with alch, the amulet and the ring but after traveling and dying by drinking luiqid death I realized my first 2 concoctions were gone while the other 5 are still there. Consindering I can have +3 from alch and +1 from the ring to get 5 I just assume that the amulet is the issue and does not work properly.

Correct, concotions from that amulet are lost upon death for whatever reason
You were solo \ host, correct?
my friend had the same issue but he was client so we weren't sure if ts client-sided issue or that necklace bugged in general
