After the one true king gives you the item to kill her and you choose the dialogue to end her life, the character does not use the item and therefore I'm unable to get the broken heart relic, did come back to the one true king and told her that I killed nimue (which triggered his fight though I don't know if I can do that regardless of what I do with Nimue)
