The Flautist not tell us there is 2nd Music. also after we finish the Puzzle to get Bolt Weapon, NPC still not speak anything and not get the Scroll.

Can confirm this for myself as well and saw a post on Reddit. In my case I unlocked the bolt driver puzzle but the flautist never had new dialogue

He will give you 187 Scraps if we already have it.
The Dialog that he tell us there is 2nd music also not trigger.
I try repeat 3 times. and still not get.
1st not talk to him,
2nd talk and trigger the quest,
3rd solve 2nd puzzle after kill the Revenger.
