i have a 630 mod power requirement per charge of starshot

5 stacks should consume over 3000 mod power resulting in 50% HP recovery.

Even though it consume all 5 charges, it only recovers the 10% HP of the single charge.

not sure if this is intended or not.

Spirit healer only giving 5% recovery is not enough healing

So i thought the only way to make that seem worth it. would be the starshot.
