cannot get last achievement

I played the secret song on the water harp and got the bolt driver however no matter how many times I play the song I do not get my final achievement.

I assume you are trying to get the "Carnage in C-Minor (Bronze) [Hidden]" achievement.
I can't promise this will fix but I would try these, make sure you are the host for all of them (and not in co-op):

1. Make sure that you already don't already have the achievement (silly error but we all make mistakes, be certain this is actually the achievement you need as your final achievement and not another one).
2. Make sure you speak to the flautist after you put in the secret song (he gives you an item you can craft to make a mod).
3. Try playing the secret song in campaign mode (just re-roll campaign until you get Yaesha first). Speak to flautist after.
4. Try playing the secret song in adventure mode. Speak to flautist after.
5. Try doing steps 2 through 4 above on a different character.
6. If none of the above steps work... try re-installing the game.

Thank you I’ll try running it in campaign and a new character. Idk what’s wrong but he doesn’t say anything new after so I don’t have the mod either but I’ll keep trying

Got the exact same issue, trying in campaign now
