IIRC in the recent balance patch, BSR was changed to Dull Steel Ring and BSR became it's own separate ring - where does one find the new one? Can't seem to find an answer online. Ty!

Right! It’s the Dull Steel Ring now and doesn’t even do the same effects.

BSR was renamed to DSR and its effect has been changed.
You can no longer find BSR and instead you will get DSR.
If you had BSR in your inventory then it was automatically changed to DSR in the latest patch.

ah ok - i thought they were changing the original BSR into DSR and have a new, second ring called BSR, my bad
