This has happened on multiple occasions unfortunately now usually when I’m helping other players the game just crashes/freezes. I made a clip this time(see attached). Can someone explain clip below please?

Do you have any more details other than the single video of it crashing? Is there a consistent location or this happens or consistent load out you're using when it happens? Console crashes are impossible to track down without more information

Well I’m sorry that’s the case but I won’t pretend I’m a highly computer educated person so I wouldn’t have known there’s no way to track that down when in console. Sounds like a flaw with having console but how can you guys fix that in next patch?
I sent the video for that exact reason hoping you guys could narrow it down as many other consoles players have reported the same to me. Random crashes but majority when playing with other console players BUT it has happened a few times solo. 🤷🏼♂️

Sorry, there's nothing useful in the video, so there's nothing to "fix". Random crashes aren't easy to track down on consoles, consistent things like "I did this twice in this location and crashed" is useful
Basically if we can't reproduce it internally, it's not gonna get fixed in most cases
