The game does not start, the computer specifications are lower :
I7-9700F
32 gb ram
RTX 2060

After some investigating appeared that account was linked to EGS
And EGS was installed on system
EGS update didnt help
turning off EGS also didnt
but when xIFIx unlinked Steam account from EGS account problem disappeared
