Make sure you are in Yaesha, Endara's End is one of the random side dungeons (doesn't have a story mini-boss) but you should have like a 1/3 or 1/4 chance of rolling it.
0/25 is either extremely unlucky or you may have missed it.
If you kill the Yaesha boss you will see how many more locations there are to discover in Yaesha denoted by a ? at the crystals.
Actually if you kill the boss of any biome you will see ? symbols on the map at the crystal for all undiscovered dungeons of that biome... giving you a better idea of what you may have missed.
@sand dawn thank you so much. I will try it right now. Thanks thanks alot.๐๐
If you want to make sure to know exactly, what's in your world (and adventure) mode, you can try the Remnant 2 Save Guardian. It's a little tool I was recommended here the other day, that is super helpful. It not only shows exactly what areas, encounters and bosses you get, but shows all the available loot beforehand. You can filter and keep track of everything you still need to obtain.

Yeah I can imagine it's a great tool, but unfortunately.. not an option for us console people ๐ , OP seems to be on playstation
Damn... I shouldn't try to help that early in the day ๐
Might be an interesting idea for the devs:
Would be great if we got access to that info through an API or something down the line, so console people aren't left behind. Would be a a real godsend!
I did manage to 100% without it, but got pretty lucky with some of the items, where multiple biomes need to line up (nightweaver grudge, tormented/tranquil heart etc.)
I'm thinking it could be as simple as:
If the character has completed the game once -> any time they kill a biome boss instead of a ? appearing on the map it just shows the dungeon name but in Red to signify it hasn't been explored yet.
I mean I say simple but that's probably a lot to implement lol ๐
