My friends and I have been attempting to locate the plasma cutter, but on three separate occasions in two different players' worlds, after the Navigator Helmet scan opens the door, the case where the weapon is supposed to be has been empty.

Two instances were in one friend's game, one was in mine. The first one we opened while only the two of them had the helmet, the other two all three of us had it

ik helm ownership doesnt affect spawn; it "should" spawn with the map gen.
I have seen something similar with the underground key vault being opened on arrival & no item

Oh, no, I've only been in there twice, really, once the first time to get the amulet (I think?) in the first room, and after a bunch of rerolls through both doors to get the pulse rifle. It's been as expected each time.

Im also have same issue with my friend like this long ago.
And the item for unlock engineer with armor too.

Can confirm this happened on a rerolled campaign on PC today, although I have already fully upgraded Plasma Cutter.
