i red online that they start at 30min every hour but can i trigger them without waiting till that time?

Used to be able to change your system time to fake it out, but I think that just got patched. Patience I guess?

This is purely anecdotal but I seem to experience blood moons much more often after clearing a map and then changing zones.

its a situation of, if the game generates a blood moon.

in other words you would have to reroll and play through.

now if by chance you beat the world boss and one appears you can still go back and collect the wisps in those areas because they are an event only driven entity

but ultimately like most things like gear and such you have to rely on the random generation system
