I need to down grade a mutator. I spent hours finding it. im newish.. and i leveled it to level 10 and i need it at 9 to use for my build. starting another character is not something i want to do as i have alot of items i have collected. I need shield breaker to be level 9 not 10.. and there is no way to adjust that.. or get a new one.#mutator.
