I still miss my "max out!" and "Ghost in the Machine" achievement, when will this be finally fixed? (I have 65 trait points and i killed over 100 red bosses,.. )

65 trait points is bugged still I made a 2nd character a week ago and maxed it out nothing still
As for the ghost in the machine I kept doing losmos and killed the chainsaw guy in the asylum 25 times and it popped
signal void
how it works currently is you need to be last hit on the aberrations to get the count. it can't be summons or dog or dot or partymates. i think they're fixing that in a future patch so that no longer is a requirement.
