Tormented Asylum keys missing

My friend has this bugg where the keys are missing and he can't progress the campaign without them. His first apoc run too! I joined to see for myself. Anyone know of a fix? Obviously he restarted the game and the console. Turret glitch would've been nice in this situation... 😦

We re-rolled but yeah.. might wanna fix that in a future update.

I also encountered this problem today, and I saw on reddit and YouTube that many players had this problem, and strangely, after two months, this problem still hasn't been solved.The developers do not care about the problems of the players

@honest hearth I wish you would focus on fixing the issues with your game instead of sending emojis. After 15 hours, I had to start the game from the beginning, and you still haven't fixed this game breaking bug after two months.

We did patch this but it sounds like some people still occasionally get the issue.

we patched what we thought was causing which reduced the chance of it happening for players, however at this point we can't reproduce it, so we have no way to fix it. Eventually we might be able to address it, but currently there is no fix

basically i progress in a friend campaign and when i started in mine my first map was that part of morow

and there's no other way to go atleast for me
