firstly, ^thats not how u get assassins dagger. assassins dagger(the weapon) is gotten by giving the assassins dagger(quest item) u pull from the neck of the otk to nimue.
but yes, i believe you can. get the quest item dagger from the otk, give it to nimue, then go back and then offer no evidence for your accusation
also remember that you do get a seperate item(the ornate blade) from picking the right traitor then giving up the dagger as proof.
