humble sleet
my current character seems to be entirely broken bloodmoon wise, I've rerolled campaign around 2 times now, multiple adventures on Yaesha, I have not seen a single wisp while hosting a game since the first playthrough, I've seen somewhere between 10 to 20 bloodmoons without a single wisp anywhere, on larger or smaller parts of the map. I can't find any wisps at all unless I'm visiting someone else's game, and bloodmoon specific secrets don't work during a bloodmoon. the only conclusion I can come to from this that it's a quest flag or something else about my character's save file, because it works fine in other players' worlds but never in my own worlds
