#Mod Duration does not affect Chaos Driver description

I am using Mythic level fragment, +15%. Enigma's tether stays at 10 seconds. On the other hand, both Nebula Nano Swarm and Firestorm go from 15 seconds to 17.2 like normal.

Update: Duration does in fact affect Chaos Driver (I finally got Burden of the Follower and the increase in duration was obvious); however, the description stays at 10 seconds. Merely a visual bug.
