Dying to the gas unlocks Resonance, not siphoner

Completing the event (meaning killing every enemy in the dungeon before the timer expires) awards Siphoner. You can't get both traits the same playthrough so you'll need to re-roll and clear Dormant facility again without dieing to the gas
