On ps5 when you use a world stone it only shows ward 13 and no other biomes and you will not be able to fast travel until you interact with the stone agian

I've had this happen from ward 13 as well. I'll load in, grab the crystal, and when the menu comes up it just shows the last checkpoint. No biomes, no "join game", just the one checkpoint in the middle. When I back out and touch the stone again it usually works.
