I have 100% confirmed upgraded my dragon heart relic twice with Wallace, it was 7 charges for awhile. After I swapped relic and tried other builds, when I equip my drago nheart relic again, it is back to 5 charges only. HELP. I used 2 x Simulcrum costly materials...

you have 3 charges when you start the game, so after upgrading 2 times you have 5 charges

having 7 charges was probably a bug

OK then mystery solved. Also there is no way to de-level and get the materials back? How to farm so many Simulcrum
