Left Game open for over 24 hours and stopped getting boss/Miniboss rewards

I had to go to the hospital for some personal reasons, and realized the next day that the game had been open for 24 hours.

So I just got back on and killed a boss and a miniboss, but got no rewards from them! I got the popups, but the scrap/trait points were not granted

This is in Losomn btw

SPEC:
Windows 10 Professional Edition (its not weird, I promise)
Intel i5 9400F CPU
AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
