PC, Game Freezes and the only way Ican use my pc is to hard reset my pc. | Remnant Game | Page 1

so this has been happening to me for a while now, and i was hoping patches would fix this.
I'll explain what is happening to me.
this will happen with friends or solo play, but i'll be playing the game and randomly my sound cuts off (for the whole PC) and then the game freeze, followed by my PC after. the only way i can use my pc is to hard reset my pc. (pressing the reset button,)

Heres my specs.
Processor AMD Ryzen 9 5950X
MB ASUS ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Formula
Installed RAM 128 GB 3600 MHz
RTX 3090
and the game is installed on a SAMSUNG 980 PRO SSD 2TB PCIe NVMe Gen 4
windows 11 home
and 3 monitors. one of them is an ultra wide

oh and when i check event viewer, nothing shows up...
and my drivers are up to date

dude same! every time I try to play, within 15min(ish) it seems, my system locks up and crashes (both monitors shut off, GPU/RAM/Fan RGB are all still on but i cant do anything and i have to flip the PSU switch in order to reboot).

my monitors dont shut off. in fact i can still move my mouse.. i just dont have sound and programs dont want to work... + my pc wont shut down at all.. i have to push the reset button on my pc...

i even tried the post i saw on this discord,, about using dx12 and trying other things

set task manager setting to always on top and ctrl alt del to bring it up u can close the game

oh i have the freezing problem but after i task manager the game it works again for me idk what is happening for yours
