Who did the engine replacement and was it replaced with an identical unit?
One of the first things to do is confirm the level of the transmission fluid https://lemon-manuals.la/Chrysler/2013/300 C%2C 3.6L Eng VIN G%2C RWD%2C Trans Mfr CD 8HP45%2C Gas/Repair and Diagnosis/Transmission/Transmission Control Systems/8HP45 Automatic Transmission (Service Information)/Fluid And Filter/Standard Procedure/Standard Procedure - Check Oil Level/

yes it was a shop and they did the 2013 v6 pentastar
So basically, there’s a high probability that transmission is toast. It’s weird that it happened right after a shop did an engine replacement job, which is why I think it’s worth asking that shop to take a look at it with a “wtf mate” (maybe phrased a little more politely than that lol) but the diag tests call for a professional scan tool. The repair procedure for a lot of those codes is “replace transmission.” https://lemon-manuals.la/Chrysler/2013/300 C%2C 3.6L Eng VIN G%2C RWD%2C Trans Mfr CD 8HP45%2C Gas/Repair and Diagnosis/Transmission/Automatic Trans/8HP45 - DTCS P1D94 To U1479/Diagnosis And Testing/P1D95-TCM Clutch Failure Undetermined/Diagnostic Test/

At a minimum though, check the fluid level
