So I wanted to get this truck for 1200$ and the guy says it has a electrical problem and when I jumped it the car alarm starting going off but we turned it off and when i tried starting it, it made a loud clicking noise or so but the dashboard lights did come on so idk if it’s a starter or a battery or something else.

could be a weak battery and it doesnt provide enough energy to turnover the starter
