Looks like the top of the chassis is bent, check to see if there is any distortion in the frame rails
If they are, it's structural and I'd cut my losses because it would annoy me every time I looked at it that the repairs had been half-arsed, and my knowledge of cars doesn't cover frame-pulling etc. If it's fine and it's just the picture that makes it look uneven, you just need a list of parts, a new bumper to paint match or a second hand one in good knick (if you don't mind the paint being slightly off).
If you haven't dumped fluids everywhere, that doesn't mean the 'internals' are OK, you still need to check your radiator, hoses, and everything on the front outriggers and bumper assembly. At the risk of teaching you to suck eggs; If you hit something, your car is designed to increase the time and decrease the momentum of the impact, it's designed to crumple and hence, things will distort and can quite easily puncture an LTR, hoses, airboxes, wiring looms etc. All of these can cause significantly bigger problems down the line, so you need to be very vigilant in the check over of the car when you put your list together.
If you can start it, run it and see what codes come up, which should give you a clearer picture if anything further is wrong, and will also indicate any problems with fluid-based systems while they're pressurised.
