#Battery keeps draining even after replacement.

I just replaced my old battery after it went dead daily and caused issues when jumping. Brand new xs power d4700 battery in a 2017 mustang gt. Let it sit for about a week 4-5 days, and it dropped to 11.7 which I believe is bad/damaging to an agm. What do I need to do to fix this and did it draining already cause damage to my brand new battery?

If it matters it says on the battery instructions, do not exceed 14.6 volts when charging. Alternator is charging at 14.7-14.9 volts
