So i try to turn it over and it doesn't make a noise or anything. When i let go it starts, sometimes. Sometimes it just makes no noise and i have to try and turn it over 3 times before it will turn over.

It doesn't crank until you... let off the key, from trying to start it?
Seems like its a combination of this and possibly a weak fuel pump, based on how this describes the operation?

So a new thing that started today after work. I turned my car on to heat up before leaving work. Was out there for a little bit, started to leave and got a "charging system failure". After driving it went away. Then anytime i would be a red light it would come back and the longer the red light, the more chimes I'd get and the warning light would keep coming back.
