Try removing the door card and look inside
If ur lucky u don't have to but ur probably gonna have to take out the glass and put it back in properly

There are either 2 screws (one on each side) ,little hooks or it's just holding with friction
But since it's a Lexus it's more likely to have those hooks

I managed to pull it into position to block wind noise, but once I turn my window down then it gets messed up again. So I think the regulator is just weak
Plus, occasionally my window will go half way, then go back down automatically unless I apply a bit of force to it.

Inside the door there are two rails
In which the window slides up and down
And in those rails there's a rubber "seal" which minimizes the play of the window (basically so the window doesn't move forward and back)
And if the window pops out of said rubber, the rubber jams the window against the metal railing, that's why it doesn't go up all the way (or if it does it's crooked)
Red= metal rail
Green= rubber
Blue= window

And that's what is probably happening in ur door
Window popped out of the rubber and now the rubber is jamming it
