So today I changed my car’s alternator with a new one I bought and me being new to cars I’m bound to make mistakes.
Anyways the car was running smoothly after I installed the new alternator after a week of not turning it on.
Also my squeaking sound that I was dealing with on the right side finally went away.
All seemed good until I turned off the car after heating it up for a good 15mins, as soon as I shut the engine off the car was making a popping sound along with a scent of gas and the engine was failing to stop until a couple seconds later
