Interesting. I’m inclined to think something wheel/tire related. Does the sound get faster as the speed of the vehicle increases? Do we have a year make model of the vehicle in question?

What car is it? Could look into common issues with that vehicle or past similar cases. It does sound wheel or pully related. Alls I can tell here is that when car go vroom more, more spinny happens, and when that happens some things move more and the axel/wheel or pully systems are the main candidates for that.
