Hey, I’ve got a twin turbo swap going in my truck and I’ve got a 2 step button wired with a rev limiter of 3500rpm.
I’ve never used 2 step before so im curious how it works?

I assume you can use it in N and any forward gear to build boost.

But what prevents the truck from just doing a burnout? Or is the idea that the rpm being much lower than red line, that the brakes will prevent any sort of burnout?

It's meant for like a trans brake in which with that 4l80e? Either holds 3rd gear or 1st or 2nd and reverse
People just like using neutral for noises.

You can just use the brake but you need really good brakes and a high stall converter
