@gritty jetty I haven't hand polished in over 15 years (technology is wonderful when used right).
I don't know the company you show, but the cheapest of my 4 polishers started at $50, so what to expect from $16 bucks is kinda funny to think about.
At minimum, hit up harbor freight for a first polisher.
Keep in mind you will also need to learn about pad type/size and the grit of the compound for your particular project.
If you don't know what Claybar is... Learn... And use it prior to any buffing.
