idk hard angle but from my knowledge if someone on youtube is doing the job on the same make and model says its 22m its a 22

that looks like a regular idle pulley tbh

This is exactly how my engine is looking forward mounted. So I'm confused thought the biggest wheel was supposed to be the crank
