Timing belt tensioner is a really common failure on those engines. I dont think you need to resort to an entirely new motor, but finding a shop is definitely the next step for you

after driving now it sounds like this from under car

Its hard to pick up on sounds through videos like that, but its 1 of 2 things based on what ive seen
