I think it's wheel bearing or something like that. Is it just when u drive or brake?

It’s only when driving

It starts around 20 mph and it’s a constant noise

Also when driving in a circle going left it the noise kinda when on and off like it stops for a second and then comes back

Same, it's the wheel bearing. But to be sure, lift up this side and spin the wheel, if it's squeezing -> wheel bearing. Also check the brakes, maybe it's a rock.
