Have a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 3.0L V6(OM642 Engine), Getting P0404, P0405, and misfire codes P0300, P0301, P0306. As well as P06A9. Occured after Intake manifold flaps failed and we replaced both left and right upper intake manifolds. While there, we found the EGR cooler to be completly clogged so we cleaned it out entirely. Also had to remove the turbo to replace the intake manifolds and inspected turbocharger's condition and it was good. After reassembling, the engine died on the road from a sticking EGR valve in the closed position. After cleaning it, it ran fine but these codes started popping back up. Due to the misfires, the van hesitates upon acceleration.

I have access to WIS and EPC but my Xentry DAS is an older fucked version from 2014 which offers no diagnostic step guidance. Ideally if someone could send me the diagnostic step by step guides from Xentry for the codes listed that would be great. VIN is WD3PE8CC1D5738915.

@frosty moon Sorry to hear that.
I've seen Sprinters hauled away, because the owners just couldn't keep them running even after extensive repairs.
