So follow up, few days back noticed my handbrake got harder to pull, left for work this morning to a odd like clump sound? from the rear. and when I got to work and parked the handbrake felt alot more free to pull. I'm assuming this is something to do with my rear drum brakes.

It’ll be time to get the rear end in the air and get those drums off. Almost sounds like one of the bits of drum hardware may be bent or broken, so the shoes aren’t properly moving/releasing.

I can't find any replacement springs etc online for my car
