Left it alone for now and just did an oil change and drained and filled the trans and rear end, had fun and learned manual on it
Then I had an idea, i did some looking and didn’t see anyone else doing it and my dad’s a fabricator so we decided why not stick in an engine that doesn’t belong in this car
It was pretty rough, we had to make the motor and transmission mounts, and also had to shorten the shifter bracket on the transmission about 4 inches and it all surprisingly fits pretty well
I also picked up a turbo on Facebook marketplace, it’s backwards cause it’s a fwd motor, i spent like 30+ hours polishing the intake manifold, eventually bought an adapter so i had room to rotate the turbo
GG @wise monolith, you just advanced to level 1! Chat more to level up and earn top roles!
Then I bought a huge radiator and a tiny intercooler lmao, also started buying some things to make it look a little cooler, painted the valve cover wrinkle red. Got the intercooler piping made, also bought some coilovers and put them on
Relocated the battery to the hatch and cut and welded some brackets for the radiator, also got my kpro v4 ecu and started some wiring
