I bought a swapped v8 rx7 and it's always had this problem. I've swapped the batteries twice and have made sure it had a full charge every time. I think it might be a bad ground but I've used a jumper cable to ground the battery to a strut tower bolt with no real improvement to the crank speed. It turns over very slowly. Any help is appericiated, I'm not sure where to start
