Hello, my wiper motor recently went bad. I got the new one and replaced the old one.

However, now the wipers go downwards instead of upwards.

I have looked online and watched a few videos and they say it’s an issue with the linkage. I believe the polarity may be flipped but majority says linkage so i’m inclined on believing it.

How would i get the timing corrected?

I’d venture the guess the connector only plugs into the motor in one direction?

that is correct

i figured it out just now, the plate connecting directly to the motor needed to be flipped

wipers go upwards now
