Hello! A friend of mine was interested in buying this clean title A7 with low-ish miles (80k); we checked it out in person, everything seemed normal and he was p excited but when we went to start it there was a ton of lights on the dash and the owner mentioned water leaked into the rear fusebox. No rattle on startup or misfiring and we decided not to move it; is it still cooked to go for? Not sure how big an electrical issue water on the fusebox is to fix…

With something like that, two concerns. 1, what was the root cause of that leak and was it fixed? You don’t want that happening again. 2, you probably just want to replace the whole fusebox and even then, it’s possible/probable the car will have electrical gremlins.
