It’s going limp mode. Check the fuel pressure and if it’s low replace fuel pump and filter

Sounds exactly like a fuel pump

If it’s a fuel pump I highly recommend doing it yourself. Watch videos trust me.

Is it happening in a repeatable manner, in that it stalls every time you drive it or every time it’s cold, something like that?
