2005 Chevy impala, suspected security issue so I followed a guide online and reset to general settings, then waited 10 min, after 10 min it started doing this without me doing anything, brand new battery, if anyone has any ideas it’d be much appreciated (sorry if post is against rules im new)

Oem is Original or a reproduction by the same company. Do the battery terminals have something that looks like cotton candy on them, and are they tight?
