I currently have 4 michelins, 2 with 8/32 tread and 2 with 4/32 tread, I'm looking for 2 new tires to replace the low tread ones but theres so many options. Ideally I don't want to pay more than like 100 bucks a tire, are Pirelli's any good? Found a pretty good deal on them when they're 130 bucks elsewhere Winter performance is pretty important to me as I live in west michigan

The only Pirelli I’ve ever used were winter centurado or however that’s spelled. They were good. That said, for all weather, I’m partial to Michelin cross climate, if they are available in your budget. they are severe snow service rated.
michelin so expensive 😭
I got a set of crossclimstes for $140/each for a Jeep, figured they be much cheaper than that for a civic but I see they’re $120ish. For under $100 try a Falken Aklimate https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Falken&tireModel=Aklimate&partnum=96HR5AKL&vehicleSearch=true&fromCompare1=yes&autoMake=Honda&autoYear=2004&autoModel=Civic EX Coupe&autoModClar=
