Hey all I just got a new cluster the needle for the revvs were bouncy so I got it all calibrated and kilometres changed to the correct amount I put everything back in and it’s still bouncy not sure why and I can’t diagnose the rest the cluster beforehand had no revs I found a forum page on how to wire it up and it works but yeah like I said it’s bouncy so any of you with any electrical or lancer/mirage knowledge chuck a message below

I dont think so, bigger wires shouldn't cause issues...
Maybe its not your cluster at all?
No it’s whatever is happening with the signal to the rpm
So the signal is now sent directly to the screw and not through the factory plug? Maybe the original path has interference.
