Cool. To narrow it down a bit: with the heat on, does air not blow either?

Blower motor resistor is first suspect, unless it has its own fuse. By chance, when you turn the fan on; no air blows either? And I assume you do not hear any changes, like the fan trying to blow?

Good news, easy problem to replicate; which makes me question the competency of whomever said they couldn’t find anything wrong. If it’s still under warranty, go to a different Ford dealer. Blower motor stopped working

My 2015 gt's blower motor stopped working. Yesterday it worked today it doesn't.

Here is what I have tested. All fuses are good. I jumped power to the motor and it operates just fine. The AC controls show the AC is on but the blower doesn't blow....anything.

With the 2 wire harness unplugged...
